DO YOU COVER MY  AREA?

We cover a 5 mile radius of Worksop free of charge. We are happy to travel further for a small fuel charge. Let us know within your enquiry the post code of the party (nearest town if you haven't yet booked it) and we can quote you the correct amount.

HOW LONG DOES SET UP TAKE?

Set up can take up to 1 hour, depending on how accessible the room is and how far away we have to park. So please ensure you let us know the earliest we can be there. If the party is at a venue you will need to hire the venue out at least 1 hour before the party starts.

CAN I CUSTOMISE A PACKAGE?

Yes you can customise the packages even further, enquire with us and we can let you know what we can do.

WHAT AGE RANGE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS FOR?

Our soft play is for babies, toddlers and children up to 5 years old. The 6x6 castle is suitable for children up to 5 years old. The 12x12 and 12x15 castles are suitable for children up to 12 years old.

HOW DO I PAY?

We require a £40 deposit to secure your booking. This is paid by bank transfer, these details will be given to you once a  booking enquiry has been made and confirmation has been given. This is then deducted from the total price, the remaining balance can be paid on arrival. For those hiring out the 12x12 castle there will be a £40 refundable damage fee added on, this can be paid at any point before the party and will be refunded upon inspection of the castle.

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

We have 1 million pound public and product liability insurance. This insurance covers us for any accidental incidents caused by any faulty products. We do not cover for any incident resulting from misuse of equipment. As the hirer you may want to take out personal insurance for the party, as responsibility will fall solely on the hirer. A waiver is required and will be emailed to the hirer before the day of the party.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We allow cancellations at any point up until the day before the party, however your deposit will be lost and not be refunded. If you choose to rearrange the party that is okay and we can arrange a different date.

CAN I HIRE FOR OUTSIDE PARTY'S?

We allow outside bookings from May-August. However, there has to be a backup planned at the same venue for the equipment to go inside. The day before and the day of the party has to be completely dry as damp can cause mould on the castles which is permanent damage. If the wind exceeds 19mph whilst outside then the equipment will get collected. We can only set the castle up on grass (no astro, concrete or hard floors).
